After spending many years managing major chain coffee companies, we always dreamed of running our own. Our vision became reality when the Milk Bar opened in 2017, driven by the belief that nothing beats a good coffee served as if you are the most important person in the world. 

Everyone wants to know where their food is coming from, and rightly so.  We pride ourselves on using the best quality ingredients and partnering with local suppliers from around the Highlands, including Inverness Coffee Roasting Co, Black Isle Dairy, Makes By Megs, The Bakery Inverness, Pure Bakery Highland and Crown Honey. As well as a great brew, you can also enjoy ice cream, cakes and milkshakes.
