The concept of The Highland Food & Drink Trail began three years ago with the core aim to bring street food to the heart of Inverness. In 2022 we launched our outdoor street food zone in front of Inverness Cathedral down by the river. This gives our street food collective a dedicated space to trade in the City Centre.

We recently opened in the corner of the newly refurbished Food & Drink Hall in the Victorian Market – providing a space for our street food members to “pop up”. We celebrate Highland street food and locally sourced, quality produce.
