Chef Tony Singh MBE is coming to Inverness!
Tony will be spending Friday 19 and Saturday 20 May in the city to bring people together over a shared love of food and drink, whilst raising awareness and fundraising for Maggies Highlands
On Friday 19 May, 11:00-17:00 Tony will take over The Highland Food and Drink Trail Pop-Up space here in the Market and will be serving up a fusion of delicious Indian and Scottish street food using fresh Highland ingredients and perfectly paired with local whisky brand Cù Bòcan. All food and drink sales from Tony’s pop up will be donated to Maggies Highlands
There will also be two private interactive Q&A sessions with both Tony and Cù Bòcan on Friday at 10:30 and 15:30. Spaces for these will be allocated on a first come first serve basis for a donation to Maggies.
